Privacy Policy
The short version
- This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind.
- Our fonts and files are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your information to Google or any other third party.
- We only receive personal information when you choose to contact us, by email or on WhatsApp, and we use it only to reply and to work with you.
- We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never will.
1. Who we are
This website, firstclassdigital.co, is operated by First Class Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("First Class Digital", "we", "us"). We design and build software, including mobile apps, web platforms and integrations. We are the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy, which in the EU and UK is called the data controller.
Our registered address is 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34721, Casper, WY 82609, USA. You can reach us about anything in this policy at contact@firstclassdigital.co or on WhatsApp at +1 (424) 335-9188.
2. What this policy covers
This policy covers this website and the communications we have with people who contact us, prospective clients and clients.
It does not cover the apps we publish, which each have their own privacy policy. For example, see the AviaLog Privacy Policy. It also does not cover software we build for clients. When we build a product for a client, that client decides how its users' data is handled and its own privacy policy applies. We handle any such data only on the client's instructions and under our agreement with them.
3. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send. This usually includes your name, email address, company name, phone number and details about your project.
The project form on this website does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with a message already filled in, and nothing reaches us unless you send that email yourself. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp name, phone number and messages.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider receives standard technical information when your browser requests a page. This includes your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. It is used only to deliver the website and keep it secure, and it may be kept in the hosting provider's logs for a limited period. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
4. Cookies and tracking
We do not use cookies or store anything on your device. We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, tracking pixels, social media plugins or session recording. We do not track you across other websites.
Because we do not track you, there is nothing to opt out of. We still honour browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track.
5. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and talk with you about your project.
- To prepare proposals, quotes and agreements.
- To deliver the work you hire us for, and to manage our relationship with you, including invoicing.
- To operate, maintain and secure this website.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to establish or defend legal claims.
We do not use your information for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
6. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: to take steps you ask for before entering into an agreement, and to perform an agreement with you.
- Legitimate interests: to reply to enquiries, run our business and keep this website secure. These interests do not override your rights.
- Legal obligation: to keep records required by law.
- Consent: where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
7. Who we share information with
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, and only with:
- Service providers who act on our behalf, such as our website host (Railway) and our email provider. They may use the information only to provide their services to us.
- WhatsApp, operated by WhatsApp LLC, if you choose to contact us there. Your messages are handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under a duty of confidentiality.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public.
- A successor business, if First Class Digital is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. This policy would continue to apply to your information.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
8. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. How long we keep information
- Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of our relationship and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or other laws require.
- Hosting logs: for the limited period set by our hosting provider.
10. How we protect information
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it, and we use reputable providers with their own security programmes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the authorities of a breach where the law requires.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your information;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where we rely on it;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do neither.
To use any of these rights, email contact@firstclassdigital.co. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also ask someone to act for you as your authorised agent. We will reply within the time the law allows, which is one month under the GDPR and 45 days under California law. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

This website is meant for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
