These terms apply to your use of firstclassdigital.co (the "website"), operated by First Class Digital LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #34721, Casper, WY 82609, USA ("First Class Digital", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About the website

The website gives general information about First Class Digital and the services we offer. Nothing on it is an offer to enter into a contract. Descriptions of services, timelines and processes are general, and every project is agreed separately.

2. Projects and services

Sending us an enquiry, by email, on WhatsApp or through the project form, does not create a contract. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

3. Our apps

Apps we publish, such as AviaLog, are provided under their own terms and the terms of the app store you download them from, together with each app's own privacy policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the website in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or related systems;
• interfere with the website's operation, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
• scrape or copy the website's content in bulk, or use it to build a competing service;
• send us unsolicited advertising or misleading information.

5. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, illustrations, the First Class Digital name and logo, and the website's design, are owned by First Class Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the website and print or save pages for your own reference. You may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content without our written permission.

Product names and logos of our apps and clients belong to their owners. Third-party names are used only to identify their products and do not imply endorsement.

6. Third-party links and services

The website links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and products we have built for others. We are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. It forms part of these terms.

8. No warranties

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the website, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, First Class Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these terms do not affect any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate First Class Digital for claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless the law of the country where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
